I am glad she withdrew, but even for her to have the belief she would be elected to the board is scary!
Just wondering what's up with this. She completed a 500 mile walk to Tallahassee, which has running for local and in the future, state legislator all over it.
Lots of investigations going on by the feds in South Florida....have to wonder if the fam is lying low.....
My thoughts ran to a possible tie with the Rothstein investigations. I personally have been Googling both Rothstein and Book together to see if there is ANY hook.
I wonder????? Rothstein turned Federal Evidence in the past few months and I am wondering if her infamous Daddy's name came up?????

Yes it would indeed. At this point, I have to think the chances are good that could happen.
Book was a lawyer at one time wasn't he? Then lost his license due to some unethical behaviors correct? If that is the case, then I doubt the apple fell far from the tree on this.
Book IS a lawyer and did not loose his license because of his past behavior. He still retains his bar license. You can find his profile on the Florida Bar Association.
However, if he is tied to any illegal doings associated with the Rothstein case, then we can all say KMA Ron Book. You play, you pay!
I'll finish this comment when (and if) Ron Book is charged AND convicted.
Also, remember that Book is a shifty lawyer, and Book Jr. knows how to play the CYA game. But the statement that "WE have decided that I will not be running for school board", is a tell tale sign that SOMETHING is happening.
What that something is, will be found out later.
last time i ran her non profit org they hadn't sent in the 990 postcard that was mandatory this year and the irs isn't letting the people know untill year end if then that they no longer have non profit status,anyone else check on it?

Ron Book was convicted of illegal campaign contribution fraud in the 1990s. How come he was not disbarred for unethical conduct? Florida sucks.
