There are only TWO politician's in this United States that have my respect and admiration.

Senator Kennedy was one of them!

Goodbye Senator. I will miss you. There are "very few" left in Washington that are willing to stand up for the American People like you did over the many years.

Thank you for helping make our lives a little better...because you took care of others before yourself!!!

In 2006, Vanity Fair asked Sen. Ted Kennedy, "What is your idea of perfect happiness?"

His response: "Sailing on Mya with Vicki at my side and my dogs, Splash and Sunny, at my feet. And, of course, a Democrat in the White House and regaining our majority in the Senate."

I loathe the way they are saying 'a torch extinguished' as if there are not at least seven other kennedys up and coming. I was kinda ticked how caroline was good enough for an endorsement but ... then trashed for senator of new york. that was wrong.

On to the subject. I learned to respect teddy. A lot.
His children admired him.
That's BIG.
It makes me sad to wonder at how handsome John Fitz and Bobby would have been at this age and how much we lost as people because some folks can't stop murdering the good ones.

Thanks, Mr. Senator.

I deeply admire Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.
Hope for the future.
