Mark Lunsford, Political Opportunist

Mark Lunsford plans to run as a Republican for Rep. Charlie Dean's seat, due to a Florida legislative musical chairs shuffle.

Lunsford-who some call an advocate for tough child protection laws and others call an opportunist who saw an easy way to make "Bucks for Bikes"-lost his daughter to child killer John Couey two years ago.

"What about the average person, the middle class or below-middle class?" Lunsford. "They have a voice, too, and nobody's hearing them."

Old ML is apparently politically confused as his dogma sounds a wee bit Democratic for his run as a Republican.

Secondly, his populist rhetoric regarding class in America won't sell once Lunsford's own personal history overshadows the devastating loss that jettisoned him into the public eye in the first place.

Once a professional politician grabs hold of what lurks in Lunsford's background, all Mark's talk about societal class will be his own standing.

Low class.

Time will tell.

What I do believe...ML was certainly a J.E.B. puppet.
