Nancy Grace Faces Lawsuit

Judge, jury and executioner.

So claim Jay and Beth Eubanks, the parents of Melinda Duckett.

The Eubanks will file a wrongful death lawsuit against talk show host Nancy Grace, claiming the CNN Headline News host contributed to her suicide, reported FLORIDA TODAY news partner WKMG Local 6 News (11/21/2006).

"In (the lawsuit), Melinda's parents claim Nancy Grace and her producers lied to get their daughter on the show and that they are accountable for her suicide," Local 6's Jessica D'Onofrio said. "The suit claims Grace's spitfire cross-examination of the young mother pushed Melinda to the brink. They said Grace was the judge, jury and executioner."

Grace came under fire for her aggressive questioning of Duckett on the day before she committed suicide on Sept. 8 as crews searched for her missing son, Trenton.

The blonde squawker pounded the young mom, demanding an explanation from Melinda Duckett, a psychologically fragile 21-year old Florida mom whose two year old son went missing August 27.

The boy, Trenton Duckett, disappeared from his bedroom at a Leesburg apartment complex where he lived with his mother. Police think he was taken through a hole cut in a window screen.

In the telephone interview, Duckett complained about her estranged husband, 21-year-old Joshua Duckett, and criticized the tactics of the police and news media.

Throughout the interview, Grace pounded and pounded and pounded the same question home.

Over and over and over.

Have you taken a polygraph?

Have you taken a polygraph?

Have you taken a polygraph?

Have you taken a polygraph?

Duckett refused to answer the question, choosing instead to hand the phone to her grandmother, who explained that the pressure is "just about more than she can handle right now."

Within hours of the journalistic ambush, Melinda Duckett committed suicide by a self-inflicted gun shot.

The Grace interview aired after the discovery of Melissa's body.

Yep. Grace and the producers ran the story anyway.

One week after Duckett ended her life, Grace went on air to defend her "fist-pounding" interview of the young mother.
"You look for somebody to blame," Grace said. "You look hard. I do not feel that our show is to blame for what happened to Melinda Duckett. Melinda committed suicide before that interview aired."
Hello? What a pathetic excuse.

A despicable disclaimer.

Grace uses her platform to shrill the "Case of the Day" to the national level. Night after night, she harps whatever story that can be "caused" ad nauseam, pounding, pounding, pounding to a pulp those persons who make the unfortunate decision to appear on her show.

The tables have turned on Nancy.
"What we are saying is that Nancy Grace's actions have led to Melinda's suicide," Attorney Kara Skorupa said.
The parents claim the Nancy Grace show misled Duckett into doing the interview, saying the 21-year-old was convinced to go on the national broadcast under false pretenses.

According to the family's attorneys, producers told Duckett that the purpose of the questioning was to drum up awareness of her son's disappearance.

However, they said Grace interrogated and accused Duckett of a crime by implication, according to the report.

"That conduct in combination with the questions she asked in the family's view put Melinda over the edge," Attorney Paul Deratany said.

A CNN Headline News spokesperson said, "While we have no comment on pending litigation, we stand by Nancy Grace and fully support her, as we have from the beginning of this matter."

Attorneys for the Eubanks said they are seeking monetary damages but have not decided on an amount.

Adding fuel to Grace's fire, reports have recently surfaced claiming a sighting of the child.

A Wendy's employee recently revealed having served Melinda and Trenton the day the boy disappeared.

The Orlando Sentinel reported that Melinda Duckett and her son Trenton pulled up to a Wendy's drive-through in Belleview on the day the 2-year-old went missing nearly three months ago.

Less than a half-hour later, Duckett returned to the fast-food restaurant alone to pick up chicken tenders, according to a Wendy's worker who served her both times. She likely returned a third time, hours later, again without the child, the Wendy's server told investigators.

The three sightings, first reported to law enforcement Sept. 27, have prompted the Marion County Sheriff's Office to start its own investigation into the Leesburg boy's disappearance, holding a belief that the toddler is still alive.

'Little Trenton is alive because no one has proven to us otherwise,' Marion Capt. James Pogue said.

That's all Nancy needed to yell "ROAD TRIP!"

The Grace circus pitched a tent in the Orlando area to get the latest information for readers who "want to know".

How sadly ironic.

The one link to Trenton killed herself under duress.

The parents have decided to hold Nancy Grace responsible for that final action.
Grandfather Bill Eubank believes Trenton may still be alive.
I figure he's out there somewhere, and someday when God's ready, he'll bring him home,' he said. 'And life won't ever go back to normal, but someday it might get close.'

Fire Nancy Grace.

Boycott her sponsors.

The Frog rests on the Grace Case.

Nancy Grace made such an issue of the polygraph, but there are good reasons why an innocent person might refuse to submit to lie detector testing, chief among them the fact that polygraphs are junk science. See AntiPolygraph.org for a thorough debunking.

Sunny said...

As a former prosecutor, Grace should know that...but, because CNN refers to her show as entertainment, I guess legal sense is thrown right out the window. It's high time someone, i.e the Eubanks, called a major network on these Enquirer type shows masquerading as legitimate news sources. Not so entertaining to the Eubanks family regarding the loss of their daughter and still unknown whereabouts of their grandson.
Thanks for the post. I'll definitely check out the site.

The Eubanks couldn't be bothered with their daughter for three years. They never met 2 year old Trenton. They never involved themselves in the search for Trenton. They just kept on with their lives after he went missing.

Now they want money for people they wouldn't associate with?

Anonymous said...

i am sorry to hear what grace did. she has certainly crossed the line this time. she needs to step down and make right the wrong she has done to that family.

Sunny said...

A judge will determine the outcome of the Eubanks lawsuit. It is not up to us to judge this family-before or after the loss of their daughter.

If the family is to be judged on their relationship with their daughter, then why not bring up the fact that Josh Duckett's own father (Trenton's paternal grandfather) sits on Florida's Death Row? Should we judge Josh because of his father's conviction?

Of course not, no more than we should judge the Eubanks. We haven't walked their walk or lived the life they experienced with their daughter, Melinda.

One certainty-their daughter is no longer.

It's time people fought back against entertainment disguised as news. In this country, that means lawsuit.

Grace had a chance to bow out of the Duckett case gracefully (no pun intended) but instead, chose to camp down in Florida once the Wendy's info was released to the public.

Grace is cocky with power and she screwed up this time. It's up to the court system now to determine just how much Grace crossed the line.

Long before the concept of political correctness our country adopted a system of law which states that the accused are innocent until proven guilty.

What amazes me is that society can be so politically correct with respect to race, but at the very same time we are sometimes extrenely prejudiced with respect to the accused.

At one time such prejudice was "the" central issue of the day. So much so that it was written into our law very early on.

We have abandoned our racial prejudices but taken up a whole new prejudice against anyone who "just looks guilty".

And when they are bullied into suicide, some will still blame the victim. Some people are blaming Melinda. It's like a modernized high-tech media based lynch mob.

I think it all started with the sex offender websites actually.

What next ?

Sunny said...

Thanks so much for your post. My hopes are for what comes next? Education.

Your point regarding the sex offender sites is right on target, Fear works and boy, fear for our children's safety has to be the number one nightmare for all parents...so, if we can gather up all the offenders-stick their faces on websites-even those who have never had any physical contact because hey...public urination is disgusting, so let's make it a sex crime...anyway, we can control the "bad man" (or lady)...when in reality, it is the fear that controls us.

Politicians love the tactic of fear-especially the Bush administration. Fear was successfully used-terrorism, sex offenders, airline travel, Iraq-until people decided enough was enough and voted for change in the midterms.

Racism ended just as the "Commie scare" ended with McCarthy...and I believe education was responsible for that change. Ironically, the events themselves-the prejudice, the "threat" of Communism-got people talking and therefore, people became educated. Strong voices spoke out against some very scary people-MLK, Edward Murrow. It took years, but change occurred.

AS Atticus Finch said in "To Kill a Mockingbird"...."Best way to clear the air is to have it all out in the open."

Never stop questioning. :)

I cant stop thinking about how even George Orwell could not have envisioned such cruelty. We have indeed entered the Brave New World.

This abuse of television can only be characterized as TeleMcCarthyism.

One would think that they would have learned a lesson or two from the Richard Jewell debacle. They have learned nothing, except that such blunders attract viewers.

Fortunately, we have the internet. And the collective conscious is much more Democratic than the mental dictatorship imposed by a TV/radio/newsprint society.

We must all fight for Net Neutrality to protect our ability to resist this horrible TeleMcCarthyism, to keep our minds open, continue learning new things each day, and resist the attempts of TV people to control our beliefs or manipulate us with anger. Always hold fast to your own beliefs, and never give up control of your mind to someone on TV.

We tell are children not to go with strangers. But we give our minds away to people on TV ?

Poor, poor Nancy Grace came off as a complete imbecile on her Thursday May 31st show. Every single one of Nancy’s guests disagreed with Nancy on some point, and had to correct Nancy to the actual facts of the cases. Such as Nancy stating that no person who dies by drowning ever suffers any pain. It is no wonder why Nancy can never broadcast any show for CNN without having at least one of her CNN-mandated Psychologists or Psychiatrists present “on-set” for each and every airing to help deal with Nancy’s unstable psychological issues. One might begin to feel sorry for Nancy as she continues to demonstrate such unprofessional conduct on her shows. It is no wonder why she was removed from Court-TV recently, and further justification why the city of Atlanta finally threw Nancy out on her butt, and why they removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. What a poor excuse for anyone on television, and why CNN still tolerates Nancy to continue to victimize more victims is beyond all logical-sense. It will surely cost both CNN and Nancy (dis)Grace huge bucks soon after they both begin to lose those upcoming lawsuits against them both. Get your checkbook ready Nancy, and perhaps you may also may want to start looking around for another job since Court-TV has already fired you, and CNN will be the next to do so. Someone needs to stand up for victims, and it is clear that Nancy Grace does no have the capacity or ability to accomplish this very important task. Victims simply deserve some proactive measures to help minimize the harm caused by predators like Nancy Grace.

Nancy Grace screwed up again on Friday June 8th when she attempted to cover the case of PARIS HILTON. Even several of the guests on her show disputed Nancy’s horrendous and unfounded comments and assertions made against Paris by Nancy. Hopefully. Paris’s attorney will view that episode of the show and will file yet another lawsuit against Predator Nancy Grace for the civil violations of the Law perpetrated by the Predator Nancy Grace. One might suspect that Nancy would have been more careful to not document even more civil violations of the Law by Nancy, especially considering the fact that Nancy Grace has several lawsuits currently pending against her with even more lawsuits coming from the attorneys of more victims of Nancy Grace. Nancy did say tonight “I did a bad thing.” So, maybe that should be viewed as a good thing for Nancy Grace admitting again that she truly is a bad thing and not an advocate for any victims. Perhaps at Nancy’s upcoming court cases her attorneys can use Nancy’s recent admissions that she is both “sick” (admission documented 06/08/07 by Nancy) and that she admitted that she has “done a bad thing” may help to alleviate some of the harsh sentence expected to come again Nancy Grace. Too bad Nancy can not stop victimizing more victims, perhaps due to her documented psychological instabilities. Poor, poor Nancy, no wonder the city of Atlanta threw Nancy out on her butt and removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere with any of the 50 states of the United States. And, why Court-TV just recently fired her butt. Get some more help Nancy, and at least try to stop victimizing more victims.

These self-proclaimed "Protectors of Victims" are no better than those who prey on any person, young or old.

Nancy Grace and her clones are just better dressed and more emotionally abusive.

It is now rumored on Tuesday July 3rd that Nancy Grace may actually have been fired, or perhaps suspended or sanctioned by CNN or something as Jane Valez-Mitchell is continuing to host the Nancy Grace show because Nancy has not hosted the show since sometime last month and only Jane has hosted the show all of July. If that is true Nancy was again suspended or finally and rightfully fired by CNN, Nancy should have known her lies would eventually catch up with her, and CNN was looking to dump her butt before the state and federal courts made more rulings against Nancy’s documented unprofessional conduct and allegedly civilly illegal actions. Perhaps Nancy was remanded back into her in-patient therapy hospital in Houston again instead. The “pregnancy” stunt may also be nothing more than a planned damage-control measure to help minimize the expected losses anticipated against Predator Nancy Grace. Either way, Nancy has continued to further document that she remains a complete and total idiot. It is clear why the city of Atlanta canned her butt years ago, and why Nancy can no longer ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States, and why Court-TV recently reduced her air-time hours before they finally threw her out on her butt too just last month. And do not forget, Nancy still has lawsuits pending in state and federal courts for her alleged involvement resulting in the death of yet another victim by her unprofessional conduct. There is a reason why Nancy was admonished by the court system years ago, she is truly a Predator of victims. A prison cell might be the best option for such a documented predator who continues to victimize victims. I suggest a 10 X 12 sized cell, so she has room for Wendy Murphy and Gloria Allred (born Gloria Rachel Bloom on July 3, 1941), more predators of victims.

Michelle from Madison said...

Nancy Grace stated, again, on Tuesday July 10th that she “is sick.” CNN really needs to address this continued complaint by Nancy that she is sick, as she has remained under this disclosure several times over the recent months. To the truly informed-viewers, we all knew this fact a long time ago. And, it is the part of the reasons why Nancy was kicked out of Atlanta years ago, and why Nancy can no longer practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. It further constitutes the reasons why Court-TV reduced her air-time before they, too, also fired her butt. Anyone see a pattern here with her documented lying, slanderous accusation and insinuations of Nancy committing other crimes against non-convicted victims? No more victims need to lose their life or be harmed as a direct result of Predator Nancy Grace. Some federal and state lawsuits are pending against Predator Grace on this date, with many more expected in the near future. DCF Services should be beginning an investigation to remove Nancy’s expected newborns from day-one to protect them from this Predator Grace who is against victims. Truly, those expected newborns are at risk of harm by predator Grace. Maybe someone needs to champion that cause.

Michelle from Madison said...

Nancy Grace totally screwed up, again, on her Thursday July 12th show regarding the LISA STEBIC case. Every single guest Nancy had on her show disagreed with points that Nancy attempted to make, every single one of them. CNN really should first require Nancy to become up-to-date on the facts of any case she attempts to cover, because her approach right now is only making Nancy appear to be the idiot she really is. It is even more clear now why Court-TV reduced her air-time before they finally kicked her off that show recently. Seems quite reminiscent of the time the city of Atlanta threw Nancy out on her butt, and removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. Every one of the guests on her show tonight disagreed with Predator Grace, most disagreeing on multiple points and Nancy was unable to respond professionally to her “slaps to the face“ Nancy suffered. Maybe Nancy should just allow the guests to appear and to have an open discussion about a certain case, and only use Nancy to indicate when a commercial-break is eminent, and then to welcome everyone back after the commercial-break has concluded. There, maybe that approach may allow more accurate conversations pertaining to any certain cases, because the approach Nancy attempts clearly does not work for the informed viewers. It may be time for CNN to muzzle this dog. It would be a better approach for victims of crimes, and no more victims would lose their life again as a direct result of any involvement by Predator Nancy Grace. Give it as try CNN, maybe CNN will save more lives of non-convicted victims with that approach.

Nancy Grace was caught lying multiple times, again, on her Friday July 13th show regarding the BENOIT case. Even her guests had to correct Nancy multiple times regarding the facts of this case. One of her lies was when Nancy claims that Benoit “was touring 300 nights per week.” Come on now Nancy, that is sure a lot of nights per week. It is no wonder why Court-TV recently reduced her air-time before they finally kicked her off that show. Seems quite reminiscent of the time the city of Atlanta threw Nancy out on her butt, and removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. Every one of the guests on her show tonight disagreed with Predator Grace, most disagreeing on multiple points and Nancy was unable to respond professionally to her being corrected to the actual facts while on the air. If you have a formal higher-education in aspects of body-language, it was easy to see how Nancy likely knew each one of her callers tonight, which has already been proven to be a bogus phone-in number that she displays. Only her pre-selected stage employees are ever aired as a caller on her show. Looks like Nancy will be gone “in-patient” again really soon. It appears to the informed viewers that Nancy may need another adjustment in her psychological/psychiatric medication regiments one again. Hang in there Nancy, and stay away from all belts, ropes, or chairs.

Michelle from Madison said...

Nancy Grace totally screwed up on her show again on Thursday July 19th, when she was again was corrected by almost all of her guests tonight. Nancy “attempted” to cover the issue of the MICHAEL VICK case involving some suspected dog fighting. My goodness, I thought there were missing children and missing adults, but only Nancy chose to see suspected dog-fighting as a higher priority than missing people. Maybe Nancy should educate herself to the facts first, before she sticks her foot back into her own mouth. Now, she does definitely has a big mouth, but being factual might be a welcomed change for this predator of victims. Consider this though, if Nancy truly actually learned the facts of a case, any case, first before she threw out more wrong-accusations and wrong-assertions, that would truly be a nice change for herself. Plus, it would also be the first time than that Nancy would have been accurate, if she could even accomplish that task. While it has not ever happened yet, there still remains hope for her to become accurate since she is still working with her third of three Damage-Control teams, since the other first two quit trying to deal with her psychological problems in the recent months since Nancy alleged may have provoked a psychotically-fragile young mother to commit suicide after Nancy verbally battered this poor young mother of a missing child. Well, it remains clear why Nancy can not practice Law anymore in any of the 50 states of the United States. It is also clear why Court-TV recently reduced her air-time before they too fired her butt, and why CNN still mandates that there be a least one of her Psychologists present on any set where Nancy is expected to have some air-time for CNN. Good move CNN, predator Grace certainly comes across as being nutts……. still!

Nancy Grace was caught lying again on her Monday July 23rd show, and several of her guests seemed quite annoyed because Nancy appeared so un-professional in the way she tried to cover the case regarding the Liberian national suspect. One of those guests even included Wendy Murphy, who is a proven idiot in her own suit, just like Predator Grace herself. Both have them have been sued successfully multiple time over the years totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars won against both. Nancy even claimed the Judge handling the Liberian case was “in-contempt,“ which is another documented lie. Nancy even claimed “every trial lawyer has tried a case that was three years old.” Which, according to legal documents, is also incorrect. That judge overseeing that case is not “in-contempt” as Nancy also claims, and, there is no pending charge of “in-contempt” pending against that Judge in any court anywhere within the United States. No wonder Nancy cannot practice Law anymore. Well, “un-professional” is all that Predator Grace knows. That is part of the reasons why she has lawsuits pending against her right now in both State and Federal Courts, let alone all those cases she lost over the recent years while she has been an employee of Court-TV and CNN. It is no wonder why Court-TV fired her butt. And, it is no wonder why Nancy Grace was thrown out of Atlanta years ago, and why she can no longer ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. Perhaps a better approach for this fat idiot might be to simply stop victimizing more victims. With more lawsuits expected against Predator Grace in the near future, it is clear why she does not possess the mental capacity to even host a show of any kind. Her CNN-mandated psychological treatment does not appear to be working.

Michelle from Madison said...

Nancy Grace was proven wrong, again, on her Tuesday July 24th show. She was actually torn up by her guests tonight, all of her guests, as she was verbally-battered and made to appear the fool Nancy Grace has documented herself to be. Ouch. My goodness, that show was a tough one for Nancy. Perhaps Nancy will never bring up the name of LINDSAY LOHAN again, at least not until the lawsuit(s) have been filed by Lohan’s attorney in an upcoming lawsuits for defamation by Grace against another non-convicted victim. Nancy did state that she herself wants to go to a rehab facility that can treat alcoholism and drug addictions, which is a good recognition made again by Predator Grace. She further stated that she plans to move into “Promises Treatment Facility,” and hopefully she will do that soon. Good for you Nancy, get some help for your documented problems. Sounds like Nancy should try maybe about 5 years or so of inpatient treatment to help her with her acknowledged alcoholism and other addictions. Good luck Nancy, the victims could surely benefit from the break when you are again “incarcerated.” Tonight’s show emphasized, again, why this is part of the reasons why Predator Nancy Grace has lawsuits pending against her right now in both State and Federal Courts, with more suits expected soon by other non-convicted persons vilified by Predator Grace like the Duke Lacrosse team. Let alone all those cases she lost over the recent years while she has been an employee of Court-TV and CNN. It is no wonder why Court-TV fired her butt recently.

On Nancy Grace’s Wednesday show, she had Glenn Beck of CNN on as a guest to try to explain some of the problems both Nancy and Glen face as being alcoholics, and the issues of the alleged drug-usage by Predator Grace. Nancy tried to show some similarities of her problems to the problems facing LOHAN right now. It did not end up helping Nancy to point out more of the problems Nancy has faced for years. It only served to confirm some of the many incompetencies Nancy has documented against herself. Hopefully, the lesser-informed viewers, and the true supporters of Predator Grace, may begin to finally put the pieces together as they begin to realize why Nancy needs to continue to attend professional treatment facilities from places like “Promises Treatment Facility,” where Nancy stated just last night that she needs to go to a place like this to get more treatment for her dysfunctional and un-professional actions against victims that Nancy has documented against herself. Her repeated recognition of her continued need for treatment is a good sign. Pack a big suitcase Nancy, you appear that you need quite a lengthy stay, and probably a re-fill on most of your psychotropic medications as well. Victims need some definite protection against Predator Grace. Too many victims have suffered, and some have even lost their life as a direct-correlation to Predator Nancy Grace. Enough is enough!

Michelle from Madison said...

When is the federal case against Predator Nancy Grace scheduled for court? Is it on the court's calendar yet? Are there seants available for the "show"?

Michelle from Madison said...

VICK facing federal charges, just like Nancy Grace.
Nancy Grace totally screwed up again on Thursday July 26th when she attempted to cover the case against VICK. Nancy was repeatedly corrected by the guests on her show as they pointed out, again and again, how wrong Nancy was with her un-founded statements, assertions, and her defamational comments she made against more non-convicted victims. Anyone see a pattern here? Perhaps Nancy got so upset because Vick was facing charges in Federal Court, just like Predator Nancy Grace is facing charges in Federal Court right now. It is clear to those informed about the real Predator Nancy Grace why she was dumped by Court-TV after they reduced her air-time, and why the city of Atlanta threw Nancy out on her butt years ago, and why they removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. While Nancy does come across as an idiot and a complete loser, there actually is some potential left for Predator Grace. Perhaps she can benefit patients in her alcohol rehab place where she continues to receive services. Maybe at a place like that, Nancy may appear to have some potential, but certainly not on public television. She only comes across as a washed-up fat slob.

Michelle from Madison said...

Nancy Grace was not available for her Friday show, CNN played a repeat of an earlier show to try to mask the current attempts by CNN to deal with their current “psychological-problems” of Predator Grace. It is expected that Nancy is currently at the same treatment facility as LOHAN will be at soon. On Nancy’s Wednesday show, Nancy Grace stated she (Nancy) stated the she wanted to go to the alcohol-rehab facility that LOHAN went to, it must have caught the attention of Nancy’s CNN-mandated therapy staff, and that may be the reason Nancy was yanked from doing her Friday show. Do not worry there to those still un-informed to the real Nancy Grace, it has happened many times before. If you learn why Court-TV reduced her “air-time” before they finally fired her butt, many find striking similarities to when the city of Atlanta threw Nancy out on her butt, and why they removed her ability to ever practice Law anymore anywhere within any of the 50 states of the United States. Some days after Nancy demonstrates some high-levels of frustration with being confronted by facts that Nancy did not fully understand, and sometimes when Nancy just had an emotional-meltdown while trying to do the show, CNN takes some contractual-arrangements to put Nancy back into her needed therapy programs. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it does not appear to help her at all. Usually, Nancy only stays “in-patient” for two to five days. Depending upon how Nancy is able to personally handle the stresses from her third-of-three Damage-Control teams right now, that may prove to be the best indicator on how much time Nancy will actually have to do “in-patient” again right now. Everyone wishes the best. Not only is it a another CNN-mandated break for Nancy, but it is also a break to the victims who are continually tormented by her un-founded wrong assertions and her unfounded accusations against more victims. No more people should lose their life anymore as a direct correlation to Predator Nancy Grace.

Nancy Grace is in absolute panic-mode Thursday August 9th, and has her defense attorneys trying to get one of the many lawsuits filed or yet to be filed against Grace thrown out of court. No official response by the court, but it is expected to respond sometime next week on Grace's teary-eyed cry for leniency. Perhaps Nancy should have thought about these problems before she may have incited a suicide against a non-convicted, non-stable, psychologically-distraught young mother of a missing young child.

NEWS ALERT - Wednesday October 3, 2007 - Rumor is that after the broadcast of the Nancy Grace show on Wednesday, she may be suspended again for gross-infractions contrary to her contract by making statements including “who would have thunk it?” pertaining to her commentary of the BRITNEY SPEARS case. Perhaps Nancy cannot think clearly again because she is allegedly involved in a potential child custody investigation herself, as well as her having current state and federal lawsuits filed against her by victims of crimes Nancy has victimized, with many more lawsuits soon-to-be filed against her. Maybe, it is just a case-of-nerves for Nancy trying to discuss the removal of children by another person when Nancy herself may be going through the very same thing in just a matter of months from now. It may be easier for her psychological and psychiatric care for Nancy to simple stop victimizing victims of crimes. That would take a tremendous amount of stress from her. Since Nancy was never a victim of any crime, she remains clue-less how she victimizes victims of crimes. Those alleged “twins” of hers need a rapid redeployment to a safe, non-alcoholic and non-prescription medications location for their own best-interests. A drug abuse environment is not an acceptable environment for any child. Maybe everyone on this board can plan to attend the hearing when Nancy finally loses custody of her twins, it would be a victory for victims-against-Predators. I can’t wait! And why does CNN allegedly pay $375.00 to any caller on Nancy’s show that praises Nancy for having suspected twins-on-the-way?

Sunny said...

What's the due date on these twins?

Michelle from Madison said...

Late on Saturday night, December 8th, a Fox show named “The Soup” had a segment where they really bashed Nancy for just being Nancy. The worst jab was when the news broadcaster laughed at Nancy for “naturally getting pregnant at age 60.” In all due respect to that show, Nancy is way too old to have kids at this late-stage in her life. Those kids will still be in high-school when Nancy is at the age-of-retirement. That, alone, is child-abuse in and of itself. What a stupid reason for Nancy to have kids just to get a tax-credit. Plus, her name is not legally Nancy Grace anyways. That must be her planned-defense in some of her upcoming lawsuits against her for her for crimes including the documented unprofessional and illegal conduct against a mother of a missing young child. Nancy must plan to say on the stand “You can’t sue me, I am not Nancy Grace, I got married and changed my name. You have the wrong person here.”

A post from Mindy:
Pat Llalama had to fill in for Nancy while Nancy is apparently banned again from CNN property apparently for drinking on their property again. Nancy should have learned a long time ago not to be drinking on CNN property, as she did as televised on her shows before drinking her BudLights. Nancy broke her ankle twice before when she apparently was drunk before on CNN property. But, Pat did a much better job covering the stories than Nancy could ever have done. Pat dealt with the facts of the cases, and not pure-speculation as Nancy does. Pat should get some better eyeglasses though because the bifocals make her look as old as Nancy. Nancy looks like a great-grandmother holding her first-born great-great-grandkids when she shows pictures of her with the twins. You can really see how different both those twins look from the husband of Nancy’s, who is not the father of either of the twins. Maybe after Nancy returns after her suspension she can try to give an accurate update to the CPL. CESAR LAUREAN case. An “accurate” case-review has never happened by Nancy yet, but it might be a fresh new start for Nancy to give it a try.

Apparently, according to a report that surfaced on the web, Nancy was drunk again and ended up taking too many of her needed psychotropic medications once again. That combination of alcohol with those many prescription medications landed her in the hospital before after she delivered those twins after being artificially inseminated from the two different fathers of the twins. Nancy’s husband is not one of those fathers, according to Nancy as documented in her Glen Beck interview. Nancy could be a valuable tool in the fight against drug addictions and alcohol abuse, but she just can’t seem to stay sober long enough to get anything positive accomplished in that regard. Hopefully, Nancy shuts her big mouth to stop the damage from the quakes, and those twins get saved again by DCF.

Nancy's Lawyers said It would leave a "big Chill" on the news reporting if they have a judgement against her.

I say she is guilty but thats just me.
I hope they get a jury to see the interview and hear the lies they told her just before going on air.

I think the industry needs to chill and that Nancy needs to be punished for the life she all but took.

Jody, I'm with you. The news biz definitely needs a total overhaul. It's definitely not journalism anymore and a guilty verdict would send a much needed message.

We are on the same page, there Jodi and Sunny, about Nanvy's misconduct. It sure has taken a while to get to this point in holding her accountable for her role in badgering a distraut mother of a missing child and insinuating she should be the only person of guilt in the missing person case. However, the lawsuit has more far reaching entities for Nancy. It documents her continued track record of violatinf rules and Laws to suit her own needs. No wonder the first two-of-three Damage-Control firms quit representing her in this case.

It took so long, the case was rumored to have been "settled". I only hope the family's attorney is working pro bono because CNN has all the money and time in the world to fight this.

Michelle from Madison said...

I saw that too, Sunny, that Nancy "settled" this case, but the link I saw about three months ago has been shut down. Coincidence? I think not. CNN has been alleged to have shut down many sites that provide evidence of Nancy's continued misconduct. Maybe that will be brought into Court in this matter to show her personality and continued negative track record begining back in the days she was a practicing attorney and was cited for misconduct and violation of civil rights of victims.

A post from Martel Brinkley:

Where is CAYLEE ANTHONY? Who knows, and frankly, if the mother and the family doesn’t care, well that’s as far as it should go as long as Caylee has not been harmed. Nancy Grace is so obsessed with the fact that Casey has been caught in many lies. But, why should Nancy care, she herself has been caught in even more lies than that. Nancy fails to mention that fact on her show. Maybe an approach should be that CNN should give Nancy a case of her desired Budlights and have Nancy sit down and make a video of a conversation of Nancy listing all the lies she has told, then make a list of all the other lies documented that Nancy committed but she didn’t own up to, and then make a list of the lies by Casey Anthony. The list of lies from Casey will be substantially smaller than the list of lies Nancy has been caught on. Nancy has a much more horrendous track record then Casey. The jealousy Nancy has about Casey exudes from Nancy’s coverage of this case. Nancy should never again be allowed to cover any active police investigation because her unprofessional actions have proven to be unethical, sometimes illegal, and sometimes resulting in death. Casey is a tribute to a good mother, which she has been for years. Nancy, on the other hand, has only been a mother for months and already has been suspected of molesting the twin(s) according to that one site. Tonight, Nancy was obviously drunk or high on her medications again. It was clear when she called a guest “Johnny Cochran” which was not his name. Johnny Cochran has been deceased for quite some time. Perhaps that should be looked into to see if Nancy was a factor in that death too.

You all make me sick with all your jealous comments about Nancy Grace. I happened to watch the show about Caylee Anthony you moron! When she called the guy Johnny Cochran, it was because he was using stupid arguments that Johnny Cochran used. Get your facts straight, and work on that jealousy! Pssssst!

Sunny said...

Yeah. Nancy probably got mixed up because she was tired from being up all night taking care of the twins.

And monkeys might fly out of my butt.

Pssssst, yourself. Nancy is about to pay the piper, one way or another.

And those that may you sick will all be watching.

Michelle from Madison said...

The previous "nancyfan" must be nancy herself. It appears as uninformed as nancy does herself. Perhaps that nancyfan is just as intoxocated and on as many drugs as Nancy says she is, as documented on those CNN transcripts. Psych-drugs and alcohol do not mix, as Nancy demonstrates on a continual basis. But, helping to end the life of a non-convicted young mother of a missing child could cause many alcoholics and drug users like Nancy to have problems like she does.

Can you imagine what a Nancy Grace fan club must look like?

No. I don't even want to think about it.....too scary.

We love you Nancy. Keep showing us pictures of your great grandkids, they are aborable.

Are those the kids you are suspected of molesting?
